Color Mixing

This morning, we took color mixing to a whole new level! We created a ramp on the table and covered it with wax paper. Friends used eye droppers to drop colored water on the ramp and watched as the colors mixed on their own.

"This is cool, it's rolling in the pan."
"When we mixed it up it makes a new color."
"It's sliding down."
"I made purple on the tray."
"How do you get little drops?"
"Make smaller drops."
"How do you make a different color by mixing them?"

We will continue to explore more with color mixing!
