Mangos

 A small group of friends went to the kid's kitchen this morning to research a fruit brought in for our class today. 

"It's some kind of fruit, like an apple or something."

"Apples are green and so is this fruit, but I don't think it's a apple."

"I think it's a mango or pears."

Why do you think that?

"It smells like a mango or pear."

"I ate mango before at my house and it looks like this."

We tried cutting the mango in half but we just couldn't do it!

"It's like the knife can't go all the way down."

"Yeah, we can't eat that hard part."

 We finally got the mango cut up in pieces for friends to try and brought it back to the classroom so friends could share about their experience in the kitchen. 

Some friends liked them and some did not! A few friends opted not to try them and that's alright too!
