Changing Flowers

Yesterday, Ms. Alyssa brought in a beautiful bouquet of flowers. We asked the class what did they need in order to live? Everyone said, water and lots of sunlight. "I wonder what would happen if they were put in colored water?" was a question asked. Most of our friends think only the stem of the flowers will change colors. A couple of friends said the petals will change colors. I guess we will have to wait and see what happens!!

One friend spent some time outside this morning collecting snails in the rock river.

"What are they doing?"

"They're trying to get out!"

"They're so ooey gooey!"
