Updating our Germination Chart

A group checked on the seeds they planted before break. They noticed some started to sprout! They also noticed the plants needed water! 

First, the children marked off the days we were gone on our germination chart. 

They noticed some of the plants were ready to be placed under the grow light because their checks reached the yellow boxes.

Before they placed them back in the cart, the children made sure they gave their seeds and seedlings plenty of water. 

The containers were placed back in the cart according to which needed the grow light and which ones didn't yet. 

Charlotte turned on one of the lights for us. 

Parsley is the only one not ready for the grow light yet!
