This morning friends observed videos of birds making many noticings...
"That nest has sticks all on the bottom so I think we need to put our sticks on the bottom too!"
"This is like a campfire."
"But if it was a fire the birds wouldn't be safe."
"Awww look at that momma feeding her babies!"
"Look I'm a baby bird!"
“What’s that?” a friend asked as she noticed a change in the scenery of Maple Room. Naturally, the area became the topic at our meeting this morning. “It looks like a water fountain.” “It looks like a sink.” Ms. Alyssa was very tricky and turned the handles and we all giggled when no water came out of the faucet:). We figured we could just pretend. While talking about our bird family and our new baby dolls and how we take care of them, we thought the new area could become a home. But…what else might we need in our kitchen/home? Yet another surprise materialized. This time Ms. Alyssa produced a treasure chest. Dresses, more babies and kitchen items spilled forth which brought on oohs and ahhs! Eagerly, friends filled containers and shelves to keep our new space organized. Tomorrow’s play should be fun!
