"All great art starts with a scribble."

We started our morning creating a beautiful mural. 

I watched as friends began their marks; some slow and steady and some fast and wild. 

"That's a lot of scribbles!"

More pen pal mail...

A responded to the letter that he received from E yesterday; "I do want to have a sleepover!".

"What does it say? I don't know how to read yet." -E

"It says, I do want to have a sleepover." -A

"You DO want to have a sleepover AND a playdate? That's AMAZING!" -E

"How do you like that E?" -A

"I love it!"-E

Friends have also enjoyed mail from Ms. Gayle and I!

"Wait, why didn’t I get any mail?" -A

"Not all friends chose to make mail this morning." -Ms. Alyssa

We talked about how the mail made us feel and how we feel when don't receive mail.

"Well, I wish I had mail to open but when I watched M and W open the mail that I made for them it made me happy because they were so happy!" -N

I wonder if we can continue to spread joy beyond the Maple Room once our mailbox is ready?
