"I think it will be a flower!"

This morning friends noticed a change! 

"There's a big huge sprout in there!"

"I think it's gonna be a pumpkin!"

"I think it will be a flower!"

 "We need to get outside and find some worms to put in here!"

 Guess we'll have to wait and see! 

 A group also did some investigating in the kitchen.

"I know those are asparagus! My mommy makes them, I like them but only the top parts."

 "I think the top has layers."

After cutting, we put the asparagus pieces in a bag with oil and garlic salt.

"I don't know if the friends will like this because it smells really strong."

  We shook together the oil and seasoning...

When we brought them back to share with friends, a couple politely declined but overall they were a hit! Even friends that don't typically like the vegetables we make were asking for more!
