We wanted to give everyone an update on the alfalfa seeds planted last week! Alfalfa seeds were planted in our aquarium and in a flower pot and placed on the window sill of the classroom for us to observe. We wondered, if one container would start to grow before the other. It was to our surprise both containers had started to sprout!!
"The red pot exploded, just like a volcano!"
"I can't believe how much it grew!"
"Our seeds growed!"
"It's even growing underground!"
We also saw a performance by a group of high schoolers called the Traveling Storytellers. They sang songs and acted out familiar stories we've heard.
