Last week we checked on our worms to see how they were holding up since winter break. We were pleasantly surprised to see a few still in there alive and well! We wondered with the weather being the way it’s been lately, if we would find any more worms or buggies on the playscape.
“They’re all gone.”
“I can’t find any worms.”
Where are all the bugs?
“I think they are all underground.”
Why would they go underground?
“To get out of the cold.”
“Maybe we need to check another area!”
Friends were very happy to find snow on the tables outside! They left snow by a little hole in case a buggie comes out and need something to eat.
